About Cohen & Black

History

Cohen and Black started in the Leeds and Doncaster area in the 1990s and developed to serve the local solicitor market. And still today the solicitor client is important to the Cohen and Black business.

In the late 2000s the company moved its Head Office to York with regional bases in Leeds and Sheffield as the first stage in developing into a regional investigation agency to serve the whole of Yorkshire.

In the 2010s we continue to strengthen our internal procedures and support services and develop further services for businesses and private individuals.

We are a Yorkshire business serving Yorkshire clients and customers requiring investigation services in Yorkshire. We do operate outside of Yorkshire when assignments require this, however our business is primarily Yorkshire based. And we plan to remain a regional based detective agency so that we continue to provide a good service at a reasonable price to you the customer.
